This curious series of 16 characters dates 1971. It come to the depart to Portugal. We do not know the origin of figurines. They are not came by a BD or by television programs.
Maybe it was an attempt of a launch of characters marking the period "pop rock" of the 70s.
"Pigheaded persons" is the direct translation of "Cabezones", but this term can mean " Big heads ". Spanish (by Raja) and the South American (by Nescao) will resume them under the name of "Beatniks".
